Justin Simon, new player for Paris Basketball

Paris, December 1, 2023 – Paris Basketball is delighted to announce the arrival of Justin Simon as a medical freelancer for Sebastian Herrera, who is unavailable for the next few weeks with a hand injury.

Arriving from Bnei Herzliya (Israel), the 27-year-old has already rejoined the squad and will be fit to face AS Monaco on Sunday.

Born in Los Angeles on May 6, 1996, Justin Simon plays as a winger. He impressed from an early age and joined Arizona for a year, before moving on to St John’s, where he competed in the 2019 First Four. Undrafted in 2019, he signed for the Windy City Bulls (G-League).

A talent that exports everywhere!

Also in 2019, he flies abroad for the first time, to Australia with the Illawarra Hawks.

After his Australian adventure, he tried his luck in Ludwigsburg, Germany (2021-2022), where he competed in the BCL. A successful move for Justin, who compiled 15.5 points, 7.3 rebounds, 1.9 steals and a nomination in the competition’s defensive 5.

During this German adventure, the native Californian caught the eye of Tuomas Iisalo, then coach of Bonn. A few years later, Justin Simon officially joined Paris Basketball.

The entire Club would like to welcome its new recruit and is delighted by his arrival during this intense period of competition.
