THE WOMEN’S NCAA COMES TO PARIS !
For the first time ever, the opening match of the American women’s college season will be played in France, at… the Halle Carpentier! Be there for this made-in-the-US show this Monday, November 6 at 7pm.
It’s historic. And it’s happening here at Halle Carpentier… This basketball event will pit the two colleges of Notre Dame and South Carolina against each other.
NCAA champions in 2018 and 2022 respectively, the two prestigious universities are among the cream of US programs. A major event that will also be followed by thousands of people on ESPN, the most important sports media in the USA.
South Carolina is coming off a near-perfect 36-1 record last season, losing its only match in the last four to the University of Iowa. Notre Dame has no reason to be ashamed of its opponents, having had a remarkable run, losing in the Sweet 16 (1/8 final) of this March Madness 2023. Notre Dame’s regular-season record was nonetheless impressive, with 27 wins and just 6 losses.
